Account Executive

We are looking for an experienced client care professional to join our Client Success team. You will work with industry leading multi-channel retailers developing, evaluating, and executing their direct marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, action-oriented position in a fast-growing company.


  • Company location: Suffern, NY
  • Position location: Suffern, NY. This role requires approximately 5 – 10% travel nationally
  • Expected hours of work: This is a full-time position. Generally, work is performed Monday through Friday, though holidays and weekends may be required

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of direct marketing programs for assigned clients in a manner which promotes a long-term multi-solution partnership
  • Using a consultative approach working with key client decision makers, identify and understand client challenges and business needs to provide the best solutions and additional revenue opportunities
  • Ensure client satisfaction by setting and meeting client expectations. Execute highly professional, high-caliber client status meetings, discussions and presentations, including post-campaign analysis both in person and via web and phone meetings
  • Understand and effectively communicate our product offering and communicate the value proposition of our products and services throughout the process
  • Manages the internal team to meet client expectations, execute campaigns and day-to-day deliverables. “Own” client campaigns from start to finish
  • Work effectively with Sales team to ensure timely, high-quality client launches


We’re Looking for Someone With

  • 5+ years in a client facing Account Executive or similar role
  • BA or MA degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communication or a similar field
  • Marketing account management experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of direct marketing a plus
  • Significant organizational skills and experience with CRM tools and MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain relationships and marketing plans and proposals. A highly professional character, and confident, articulate communication style
  • Team and execution oriented. Builds positive company culture, highly engaged, solicits and provides feedback proactively, self-starter, results oriented who relies on objective evidence and resolves issues both internally and externally in a non-confrontational way
  • Experience effectively negotiating and upselling
