Core Responsibilities
- Supporting company leadership by assisting with administrative tasks
- Arrange meetings
- Arrange business meals for onsite and offsite meetings
- Arrange executive travel, hotel and dining arrangements as needed
- Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties
- Assist in the proper execution of company events
- Monitor office supply levels; reorder when appropriate
- Produce professional-quality reports and presentations
- Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry
- Scanning and filing of incoming invoices to assist in the accounts payable function
- Various miscellaneous errands related to the Company and CEO’s personal projects(i.e., banking, DMV, etc.)

- Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice
- Proactive, organized approach to multitasking
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Basic experiences with spreadsheets
- Knowledge of basic accounting/book keeping and Quickbooks a plus
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Mindful of handling sensitive and confidential information
- Valid driver’s license
