Director, Product Management

As the Director of Product Management, your primary responsibility will be managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements and defining the product vision/roadmap. Our ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of direct marketing solutions that are effective for marketers and engaging consumers. This role also collaborates with our Sales, Client Success, Marketing and Growth Strategy departments to ensure revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction goals are met and that the product roadmap is aligned with the company’s overall strategy and goals.

  • Expected hours of work: This is a full-time position. Generally, work is performed Monday through Friday, though holidays and weekends may be required

Core Responsibilities

  • Refine and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the business, using a data-informed approach to decision making
  • Own the Agile Product Life Cycle
  • Work with Customer Success, Sales, Data and Engineering to deliver amazing products to market and enhance existing products. Develop detailed specifications, including logic and mock-ups
  • Perform customer research to define and refine the products to maintain product market fit
  • Demonstrate product and industry expertise as a trusted advisor
  • Develop Go-To-Market Strategies with stakeholders. Partner with Product Marketing to perform competitive analysis, develop product positioning and messaging, and deliver pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
  • Manage and build strong relationships with 3rd party product resources
  • Manage, grow and develop the product management team
  • Own post-launch analysis


We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as Product Manager in a B2B environment
  • BA/BS in Sales, Marketing or equivalent
  • Previous experience in AdTech a plus
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for engaging with end-users and understanding pain points
  • Experience working with Agile engineering teams and tools like Jira
  • Experience with customer/market research and data analysis
  • Experience driving decisions based off of technical and business data
  • Experience driving decisions based off of technical and business data
  • Strong track record of owning end-to-end initiatives and launching impactful products
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Ability to take ownership for product quality
