Our Neighborhood

We take pride in our local neighborhood in the Village Suffern, NY and the greater Ramapo area.
In conjunction with the Suffern Police Department D.A.R.E. Unit, LS Direct supports community
toy and food drives, among other events and initiatives throughout the year.

In addition, LS Direct Marketing is an active supporter of the Dean Michael Clarizio
Cancer Foundation (DMCCF.) Since 2005, the DMCCF has assisted those who face the
challenges of cancer with financial, spiritual, and emotional support.

LS Direct Marketing is proud to support ADL, a leading anti-hate organization,
through its annual National Home Furnishings Industry Dinner.

City of Hope

City of Hope is a leading research and treatment center for cancer, diabetes and
other life-threatening diseases. Since 1965, the International Home Furnishings Industry (IHFI) chapter has
been a top fundraising group for City of Hope, raising over $93 million to fund medical research and quality
patient care. LS Direct Marketing is honored to support the IHFI chapter of City of Hope in
helping to save countless lives.

At LS Direct Marketing, we don’t believe in the “spray and pray” approach. With predictive analytics, our direct mail is highly
targeted to those most likely convert. That means more conversions with smaller counts, ultimately leading to less waste.

Choice of paper is part of our client partnership. And, amongst those choices, is Forestry Stewardship Council® (FSC) certified papers.
The FSC certification ensures the paper is manufactured in an environmentally appropriate manner. Additionally, we are proud
that our print facility maintains FSC Chain-of-Custody certification. This certification traces the path from forest all through the supply chain,
so clients can know with confidence their FSC-certified papers are coming from responsibly managed sources.

Coupled together, all this aligns with our and our clients’ goals in creating a sustainable world.

The final step in our sustainability practices involves our direct mail home delivery.
Our full-service mail shop utilizes the latest technologies to process pieces correctly and efficiently.
Reduced transit times and errors leads to less waste and on-road resources.

    Jeff Horowitz President & CEO

    Jeff literally grew up in the furniture industry and worked tirelessly to achieve ownership of a multi-million dollar home furnishings’ store, Suffern Fine Furniture. Jeff’s retail experience and formal education at Western New England College led to his passion for marketing. Jeff founded LS Direct Marketing in 1997 with just two employees. Since establishing the business, Jeff’s leadership has brought the company impressive growth while satisfying the direct marketing needs of thousands of companies in North America.

    Chris Knoebel Co Founder & Vice President

    With over 30 years in the field, Chris has been immersed in digital production and direct marketing for his entire career. He studied Graphic Design, Visual Communications & Photography at The School Of Visual Arts in NYC. Since his tenure as team leader of The Graphic Arts at Gannett/USA Today, Chris has studied and implemented the newest technologies and tools to create visually exciting marketing materials for some of the nation’s largest retailers.
